Wonderbird Spirits welcomes Chef Kumi Omori & Chef Alex Perry of Vestige, in Ocean Springs, for the 3rd edition of our Gin Dinner Series. It will be a special dinner, as Kumi & Alex honor us with the first taste of Ashiro, their upcoming restaurant inspired by the Tōhoku region of Japan.
The evening will begin with a welcome hour, featuring a special cocktail by Joe Stinchcomb of Bar Muse paired with the opening dish. Guests will be seated at 7 o’clock for a four-course presentation, served family-style and paired with two unique gin cocktails by the Wonderbird team. Individual desserts and a final gin cocktail will bring the evening to a graceful close.
Ticket price includes all food & drink for the evening, as well as gratuity.
